SOMIRO at the 34^th day of Novara rice colture

The 34^th day of Novara rice colture was held on September 1st, 2022. It was an event in stages that took place over numerous rice farms in the territory of Novara: the last location of the event was Riso Preciso farm that is one of the partner of Somiro project.

Paolo Carrà – President of the National Risi Authority, Federico Binatti – President of the Province of Novara, Marco Protopapa – Councilor for Agriculture of the Piedmont Region, Matteo Marnati – Councilor for the Environment of the Piedmont Region participated at the event.

During this day, 300 farmers and rice growers attended the round table, during which SOMIRO project and the innovation that the project will bring to precision agriculture were presented.
