Finally, SOMIRO project partners met in person at the 3rd project technical meeting which took place in Sweden, hosted by Uppsala University. During the meeting, a first SOMIRO prototype was presented by EPFL; Its aim is testing the subsystems, exploring integration technologies, and determining the most effective locomotion scheme. The meeting was attended by all project partners that had the opportunity to present the activity done since the beginning of the project. An interesting visit to Uppsala University laboratories and to Mycronic premises was performed to better understand to work of our two partners.
